Summary

Senior UI Designer with an M.S. in HCI.   • Lead UX and interaction design for customer-facing mobile reward apps (Fuel Rewards, GasBuddy, and convenience retail clients): user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing (remote & in-person), synthesize findings into design direction, and iterate to improve task completion and reduce friction across core journeys: rewards redemption, location discovery, card linking, sweepstakes.
  • Drive design decisions with cross-functional teams, run design reviews with product managers and engineers, and support engineering during implementation for pixel-accurate, usable interactions.
  • Create and maintain component patterns and interaction guidelines for consistency across app features and faster implementation.
  • Produce store-ready screenshots and assets to meet app-store requirements on tight release timelines.
  • Use Claude Code and AI-assisted design tooling to speed up prototyping, spec writing, and front-end implementation.
